Mortgage Case Manager

Salary up to £30,000 + benefits + training cemap + career development + bonus

As a Case Manager you will be expected to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing the long-term relationship of the business, lenders and clients

Daily Duties: –
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client management and customer service
• Knowledge of financial services and processes
• Proficiency in relevant software and office applications ie Microsoft
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus (preferably mortgages or secured loans)
