£35,000 – £43,000 DOE + Bonus

If you’ve got experience in Property and want more autonomy, this could be the move.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 22, managing a diverse portfolio of SME property clients (with a focus on blocks). Whether your strengths lie in renewals/DA or winning new business, the role will be shaped around you.

Admin is covered by a dedicated support team behind you, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best – building relationships and delivering for your clients.

Managing your own portfolio of Commercial Property clients
Building long-term relationships and delivering excellent service
Driving new business or leading renewals (depending on the role)
Working with internal teams to hit goals and keep things compliant What you'll need:

Commercial Property insurance experience
Strong communicator who builds trust easily
Someone who thrives in a service-led, collaborative environment
