The Group consists of;

Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance

Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.

About the role

As the Communal Service Manager, you’ll manage, support, and lead a team to deliver high quality, customer focused estate services to our customers. You’ll oversee the effective and efficient management and support of the delivery of estate services including estate cleaning, window cleaning, grounds maintenance services, hardstanding’s, carparks, CCTV, door entry and waste management.

You’ll have a duty to ensure the team remain compliant with H&S requirements, as well as monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance, ensuring colleagues are motivated to achieve their best.

Location

This role covers Central Birmingham, Shropshire, south Normanton, Sandwell and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have

Proven management capability and an understanding of Estate Services

Proven ability to manage budgets for service charges

Ability to create performance reports for senior management

Ability to supervise staff and ensure duties are carried out to a high standard

A drive for customer service excellence

An understanding of COSHH and H&S regulations

A clean, manual, full UK driving licence

Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate colleagues
