Horsham | Up to £33,000 + Benefits | 35-hour week

We’re supporting a highly regarded Wealth Management firm in Horsham with the hire of a Financial Services Administrator to join their thriving admin team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pensions and investments to join a professional yet friendly business that genuinely values its people. With strong development pathways, study support, and a collaborative culture, progression is supported within.

Working alongside two experienced Advisers, you'll provide a broad range of administrative and technical support to help ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.

Benefits:

* Salary up to £33,000

* 35-hour working week (9am–5pm)

* 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

To be considered, you'll have:

* Previous experience in an admin role within pensions or investments

* Knowledge of FCA regulations and industry compliance

* Familiarity with Xplan is desirable but not essential

* Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
