Role Overview

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Weston-Super-Mare, you will:

* Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.

* Manage a busy pipeline of new and existing clients.

* Conduct fact-finds, affordability assessments, and product recommendations.

* Work with first-time buyers, home movers, and remortgage clients.

* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and underwriters to progress cases smoothly.

* Deliver excellent service while achieving and exceeding targets.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious professional with:

* CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.

* Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

* Strong sales and protection business experience.

* Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

* Highly organised and target-driven approach.

* Full UK driving licence and own transport.

* Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions.
