Office-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Stevenage
Basic Salary up to £29,000 (incl. car allowance)
OTE £50,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2
Based in a leading estate agency branch in Stevenage

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker looking for high earnings, stability, and long-term progression.

* Daily fresh leads & warm referrals (branch sells 140+ properties/month)

* Average property values £390,000 = higher proc fees

* 1,500+ existing clients & consistent new lead flow

* Full admin & compliance support – focus on advising

The Role:

* Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice (life, CIC, income protection)

* Conduct fact finds, affordability assessments & manage pipelines

* Work closely with estate agency staff to maximise lead conversion

* Always meet FCA standards & compliance requirements

Requirements:

* CeMAP (or equivalent) – ESSENTIAL

* Previous mortgage advising experience

* Target-driven with strong sales and client service skills
