Job Title: Commercial Lending Relationship Manager – Yorkshire

Location: Remote / Flexible Working

To cover – Yorkshire, Sheffield, Doncaster, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield area.

They are now looking to expand their team with a talented Relationship Manager to cover Yorkshire and the surrounding area.

The Role:

Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Lending Relationship Manager/BDM to develop and manage business opportunities across Yorkshire.

You will leverage your existing network and commercial lending expertise to bring in new deals.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, introducers, and property developers

*

Sourcing and securing bridging and development finance deals

*

Making proactive calls and visits to develop a strong pipeline

*

Attending networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand your influence

*

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution

About You:

*

A commercial lending or banking background, ideally with experience in bridging & development or property finance

*

An existing network of contacts within the commercial or property lending sector

*

Proven experience in business development, client management, or relationship management

*

A strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
