Salary: £30,000 per annum

NFU Energy are seeking an experienced and talented Account Management Co-ordinator to lead a small team of Technical Administrators to deliver exceptional support to our team of Account Managers. The Energy Account Management team’s primary focus is to build great long-term relationships, provide excellent service and the best energy advice to our growing customer base.

You will have experience in a similar role in the energy sector, and you may have experience in billing, metering or contract sales. You will need to be organised, be able to take the initiative and prioritise workloads across the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and with the utmost accuracy.

Good attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem solving will need to be demonstrated, along with excellent communication skills.

What you'll get to do:

Lead the Technical Operations Team to ensure the delivery of exceptional administrative and technical support, including but not limited to:
Generating energy reports
Import, export and gas bill validation
Processing meter and invoice data
Submitting relevant and accurate data to Ofgem, HMRC and energy suppliers
Manage the resource and capacity of the team to ensure that SLAs are met to ensure the effective delivery of services and customer care

Monitor the quality and effectiveness of team processes and proactively lead process improvement
Manage effective working relationships with Account Managers and third party providers
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, and work collaboratively to solve problems
What you'll need to succeed:

Experience of managing own workload and team workloads to ensure that all tasks are delivered to a high standard and on time
Experience of setting and monitoring realistic timescales and deadlines and delivering work accordingly
Excellent numeracy and communication skills
Experience of data analysis and the ability to identify trends in large datasets
Knowledge of energy-related incentive and levy schemes
Experience of energy bill validation and analysis
Knowledge and experience in the UK Energy Market
You might also have:

Strong commercial acumen
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience of process mapping and managing process improvement

This is a full-time role based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
