Account Manager

£30000/annum +10k Bonus

Full Time, Sales Vacancy In Worcestershire

Our client is currently seeking an Account Manager for a thriving Worcestershire business. This is a brand new opportunity within the business and offers a wide scope of potential and progression.

Duties

* Grow the division through relationship building and regular contact with the existing account portfolio.

* To proactively generate and manage sales enquires

* Provide regular marketing to support sales growth (email, social media, promotions…).

* Support the budgeting process and provide forecasting information for analysis.

* Be dynamic and responsive to any enquiries.

* Contribute information, ideas, trend analysis, and research to help develop sales/marketing strategies.

* Develop sales strategies and approaches for the target customer or product

* Develop & maintain excellent customer relations

* Maintain the CRM system.

* To ensure all records are kept up to date with the relevant information.

* Create, present, and deliver regular KPIs to the Senior Managers.

* Follow up enquiries and quotations within a reasonable or agreed time frame.

* Efficiently liaise with sales administrators.

* Feedback market data to the Sales Director.

* Provide effective communication to both internal and external customers

* Help to implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.

* To work with drive and enthusiasm to meet targets set.

Skills & Experience

* Strong customer service skills

* Driven to achieve sales targets

* A good team player but has the initiative to work alone

* Must have excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Able to present to customers confidently

* Good business acumen

* New business development through multiple medias (marketing, emailing, google ads and customer visits).

* Previous marketing experience (preferred but not essential)
