We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Income Officer to join a dynamic team on a 9-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in housing income management while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Role Overview: As an Income Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective rent collection, reducing arrears, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll work closely with tenants and internal teams to support income recovery and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Rent collection and income monitoring

*

Reducing arrears through proactive engagement and support

*

Processing reconciliations and issuing refunds

*

Managing account queries and liaising with relevant departments

Working Arrangements:

*

Hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in the office (Hampshire-based)

*

No requirement for a car

*

Supportive and collaborative team environment

Pay & Flexibility:

*

£23 per hour, with room for negotiation based on experience
