Full Time, Public Sector Vacancy In

Limited Housing Companies Consultant – 3 month contract with potential for extension – Hybrid working 1/2 days on site – Day Rate DOE

If you have experience in setting up a Housing Company working alongside local authorities prioritising reducing numbers of Temporary Accommodation then this role is for you!

Requirements for the position:

Direct experience with setting up a Limited Company and working both on the strategic and operational projects within the organisation.
Previous experience managing and allocating housing stock dealing with numbers of Temporary Accommodation within the borough.
Ideally have experience in a previous role with reviewing leasing arrangements with partnering charities.

This role can be on either a full time or part time basis.

My client is looking to conduct interviews in the first week of September for a September start.
