Are you a hands-on, reliable individual with a passion for keeping spaces safe, clean, and well-maintained? We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Person – Caretaker to join our team and take pride in ensuring our premises are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, painting)
Perform routine inspections and identify areas needing attention
Maintain outdoor areas including basic gardening and litter removal
Ensure health & safety standards are met across the site
Support with setting up rooms and moving furniture/equipment as needed
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with contractors and suppliers when necessary

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a maintenance or caretaker role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
DBS check may be required depending on the setting
