£13.49 – £14.38/hour + Yearly performance bonus

Property Maintenance Operative required for our client, on a temporary basis

Job duties:

* Supporting the team to run the day to day ​a​cross my clients busy business centres​,

* Set up meeting rooms and weekly events

* Work with and support the Premises Officer​

* Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants

* Grounds Maintenance

* General Maintenance across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces

Experience required:

* There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning.

* First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors

* Painting and decorating

* Knowledge of building health and safety and security

* Previous experience in a similar role

Full time role, working 08.00 – 16.00

£13.49 – £14.38ph
