Full Time, Social Care Vacancy In East Sussex

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a client who are looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager based in St Leonards On Sea, East Sussex.
The residential care home supports younger adults who have mental health needs, including those with complex health need. The Home aims to provide high quality, holistic, person-centred rehabilitative care and specialised treatment for our service users with complex mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours.
As the Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will need to be committed and passionate about providing quality care to the residents . You will be required to work 40 hours per week over a 7 day period.
* The Registered Home Manager has overall responsibility for the management and development services on a 24 hour basis.
* The Registered Manager is responsible for the efficient deployment of resources used within the Nursing Home and will be registered with the Care Quality Commission as the Registered Manager for the Home.
* The Registered Home Manager will be part of the senior Management team and take an active role in the overall performance and development of hospital: including financial sustainability: development and transition of Services.
For this role, we are looking for an experienced manager, with experience of managing a mental health care service, and a Registered Manager experience with proven CQC knowledge
