Full Time, Property Services Vacancy In Greater Manchester

We are currently seeking a Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, reliable individual with a good all-round knowledge of property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out water and pipework repairs and installations

*

Basic electrical work (no formal qualifications required)

*

General carpentry, including altering doors and basic woodwork

*

Minor plastering (bonus skill, not essential)

*

General building upkeep and ad hoc repair jobs as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Practical, experienced, and self-motivated

*

Able to work independently and use initiative

*

Comfortable working across a range of building maintenance tasks

*

Good problem-solving skills
