Full Time, Public Sector Vacancy In Nottinghamshire

I am looking for a Void Surveyor to work in the Nottingham area for a social housing provider on a 3 month contract. The Voids Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out; repairs inspections, damp and mould surveys to tenanted and Void properties as well as managing void turn arounds..

Void inspections
Damp and mould surveys
Repairs surveys
Voids Surveyor essentials:

Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
Experience within social housing.
