Full Time, Property Services Vacancy In Nottinghamshire

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Void Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Nottingham.

What the job will be doing

* Carry out inspections of void properties across the Nottingham/Derbyshire area

* Specify repair & refurbishment works

* Ensure voids are costed and managed in the most efficient way, achieving value for money

* Write clear technical specifications and provide specialist surveying advice

What you will need

* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent qualification (Desirable)

* Proven experience in void surveying, refurbishment, and housing maintenance

* Excellent knowledge of contract management, building regulations, and leaseholder legislation
